At Casey Casey, we prioritize the integrity of our artisanal garments and offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the fabric's unique texture is preserved to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Garment

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring the Casey Casey signature labels and any included documentation are securely enclosed.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days once the workshop verifies the garment's condition.
